This beautiful Secretary comes from Germany and was made in 19th century. The piece is made of coniferous wood, veneered with maple wood veneer on the inside. When opening the main section the doors transform into a writing desktop revealing a section with multiple small drawers and documents shelves. Below the writing top you will find three spacious drawers, and another one above the main section, all lockable with keys. The chest is set on four tapered legs that add extra lightness and elegance. This secretary desk has undergone a professional renovation process. Surface is finished with black shellac polish, applied by hand which in addition to excellent visual effect protects and cares for the wood. In the main section you will also find beautiful detail in traditional ink on wood method depicting architectural and floral motives which was also restored carefully by a specialized artist.
